Weeks are the four-on-the-floor kick-drum of eternity” Russell Davies

Things are moving on, bit by bit, Nothing huge but that is OK.

We are a step closer to our move with the gas check complete.

I have booked the van in for its service. One garage promised to come out and look over the broken car…twice…and still haven’t so I decided that they clearly didn’t want to do the work on the van either and booked someone else.

My second pair of glasses are with the optician to have the lenses replaced.

I hosted a catch up session with a couple of the other people on the ADHD course for the break week at half term and so we nattered for a couple of hours getting to know each other better. Back to it next week.

I had a great coaching session with Josh Spector on Tuesday evening, morning for Josh. Lots of thinking to do.

Thursday and Friday afternoons were taken up with coffee meetups, Thursday with a fellow coach at the lovely Lookout Cafe in Bowleaze cove which will be even lovelier on a nice day.

A grey and rainy day. A grass bank with two bushes. Not visible but there, the sea.
This is a picture of the sea, honest

Friday I met with Himal Mandalia who visited us from London and the Dorset Geeky Coffee lot, made up this time of Adrian Howard, Stuart Mackenzie, Mike Rose and Billy from Egypt (Mike’s rescue dog). Himal is planning to come back in the summer.

I ran my usual focus session on Monday. If you would like to hear about when they are happening and how to join, join this list.

Next week

The main things next week so far are picking up Dad’s knee brace from Orthotics, picking up my new occupational glasses, and the van service. I ordered a swimsuit which should be here on Monday. Let’s see how long it takes me to actually go swimming.
